FAQ
The short answers.
Have a question we haven't covered? Ask us directly.
How long is a typical session?
Most clients book 60 or 90 minutes. 60 minutes works for a single problem area or general maintenance; 90 is the sweet spot for full-body work. 75 and 120 are also available for all services.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing. Wear something comfortable. You'll change in private, and you'll be draped with a sheet at all times during the session.
What services do you offer?
Swedish, Deep Swedish, Deep Tissue Neuromuscular (DTNM), and Sports massage. Most clients find one that fits their body and stick with it, but it's easy to switch session-to-session as your needs change.
How much does it cost?
Sessions range from $100 (60-min Swedish) to $220 (120-min DTNM). Full pricing is on each service's page.
Do you offer mobile (on-site) massage?
Yes, for select services (Swedish, Deep Swedish, Sports) within the Wheat Ridge / Denver metro area. Mobile pricing is set per-trip and travel time is included in the booking buffer. Full mobile booking lands when online booking goes live.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours a $40 late-cancel fee may apply — waived for illness, weather, or family emergencies. No-shows without notice may be charged the full session fee.
Can I get gift certificates?
Coming soon. For now, if you'd like to arrange a gift session for someone, email us directly and we'll work it out the old-fashioned way.
Is massage therapy a substitute for medical care?
No. Massage is complementary to medical care, not a replacement for it. For diagnosis, medication, or treatment of a specific medical condition, please see a qualified physician.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekday daytime slots, usually 3–5 days. Weekends and late-afternoon slots fill a week or two out. For a specific date (birthday, event), aim for two weeks ahead.
I've never had a massage before — how do I prepare?
Drink water, avoid a heavy meal in the 90 minutes before your appointment, and come with any questions. The intake conversation at the start covers the rest.
