Skyler Bugaring is the licensed massage therapist behind Hiraya. Trained in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sports, and prenatal work — which means sessions can move between modalities inside a single appointment, following what your body is actually asking for rather than a fixed template.
The practice is deliberately solo. You see Skyler every visit. Problem areas are remembered. The check-in at minute one isn't a cold start — it's a continuation.

Philosophy
Good therapeutic massage isn't a set of techniques on a checklist — it's a conversation between therapist and tissue, where pressure, speed, and focus adjust continuously based on feedback. The goal is never to deliver a "generic 60-minute Swedish." The goal is to find the pieces of your body that are holding onto something, and give them somewhere to put it down.
If you want a spa experience — relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stones — that's here too. If you want deep therapeutic work on a chronic pattern, that's here too. The difference is in the attention, not the script.
