What a session looks like

Three acts, roughly equal.

  1. Arrive

A brief check-in about what your body is asking for today. Water, warm room, pick a scent if you want one. 5 minutes.

  2. Session

The massage itself — gentle, side-lying work calibrated for the body of pregnancy. Pressure adjusts in real time. No talking required.

  3. Depart

A few minutes to come back to the room at your own pace. Water, dressing time, rebook if you want. Never rushed.

A 4-pack of Prenatal 60-minute sessions works out to roughly $39.60each — a ~10% saving vs single booking. Sessions don’t expire for a year.

Skyler is not only an amazing, gentle, intuitive person, but she brings all those qualities into her massage. I had the pleasure of being a practice dummy while she was in school, and nothing about that experience led me to believe she hasn't been practicing massage for years. She leaves no muscle unturned and leaves you feeling better than she found you.

Common questions

For prenatal, specifically.

  • Which trimester?

Second and third. First-trimester work requires OB clearance; we typically start at week 14.

  • How will I lie?

Side-lying with bolsters. Never flat on your stomach.

  • Can my partner get one too?

Yes — just book separately. We don't offer couples in the current studio setup.
